Digital Apex Agency provides digital marketing and web design services.

• Service Fees: Once a project has started (design phase, research, or development), payments made are non-refundable.

• Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service agreement at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or hours already billed.

• Modifications: Any changes to the project scope after the agreement is signed may incur additional charges.
